Laviano Realty is seeking ambitious and aggressive residential agents to join our team. Agents are in charge of managing activities related to apartment rentals and sales, including, but not limited to, conducting marketplace research, marketing exclusive listings, conducting walk-throughs, and processing and closing leases for residential rental clients.
The core of our agent partnership starts with a top of the line, absolutely free training program. Our in person training program will feel very simple and intuitive as it walks you through everything you will need to know to get started in the world of real estate. This starts with using our Customer Relationship Management software, highly successful scripts to help you convert buyers/sellers over the phone, MLS training, prospecting for buyers and sellers, managing a contract from start to finish, and so much more! Alongside this you will have regular success meetings with a member of our office to gauge where you are and how we can help you continue to progress in your real estate career. We truly set each of our agents up for success and allow them to take the reigns and run with it
Job Responsibilities
– Marketing exclusive and open listings through company website, MLS sources, and in conjunction with other brokers
– Scheduling walk-throughs with clients- Processing incoming lease applications, including following up with leads and tracking and qualifying prospective tenants
– Conducting lease signings and renewals
– Coordinating move-in and move-out dates
– Forming and maintaining client relationships
Position Requirements
– Must possess or be in the process of obtaining a New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License
– Experience is not necessary, but preferred- Knowledge of NYC neighborhoods
– Charismatic oral and written communication skills- Strong marketing, negotiation, and organization skills
– Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook- Team-oriented, but also able to work independently
